When you send an enquiry — through our contact form or the Console Builder — we receive the details you choose to give us: typically your name, email address, phone number if you request a callback, what you're interested in, and your message or configuration. Callback requests and their console configurations are logged so we can call you back prepared and keep track of your quotation. We use these details solely to respond to you and to manage any business relationship that follows. We do not buy marketing lists, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their marketing — and a callback request is never treated as permission to send you marketing.
03The legal basis
We rely on legitimate interest to answer the enquiries you send us, and on contract where our correspondence leads to a quotation or agreement. Where we ever need consent for anything beyond that, we will ask for it plainly.
04How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it stays relevant to the conversation or relationship, and reviewed periodically. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we don't keep your details hanging around indefinitely.
